House prices could increase with the First Home Owners Grant coming to an end.

First home owners have been in a buying frenzy to buy now before the FHOG bonus package ends and the interest rates rise again. Does this mean that many are purchasing properties at a higher price than they would like and not quite the home they might have found with a little less hast? This spending could increase housing prices in some suburbs, in some cases inrease the percentage of owner occupiers in these suburbs.
