Brisbane City Council and the Queensland State Government have done property investors the biggest favour in years, and is has nothing at all do with rebates or tax cuts. The building of new roads, tunnels and infunsctructor has opened the city. Making the move to invest in property now is an attractive option enabling the astue investor to take advantage of all the new developments.

In the past with the layout of Brisbane, people would choose to live close to work or the things that they needed, now with the opening of the city, we are seeing the rental market take an upswing with more people willing to live on one side of town and take advantage of the new roads and tunnels to get where they need to be.

All the "Traditional" outer suburbs are set to flourish.
