FHOG Victoria

If you are a First Home Owner in Victoria you may be entitled to receive the First Home Owners Grant of $7000. The FHOG is not restricted to the value of the property and the property must be lived within the first year, by the First Home Owner; or after any current tenancy agreement expires.

First Home Owners may be entitled to receive an addittional grant of $2000 for established homes or $11,000 for new homes. This addittional bonus grant ends on June 30,2010 and the property must be under $600,000 purchase price.
